-SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS- A booking fee is required upon scheduling your appointment, this deposit will be applied to the final cost of your service.
-RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS- Rescheduling must be done no less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, the following apply if you need to reschedule your appointment. (1) Your deposit will transfer only ONCE. (2) Your new appointment must be booked within 30 days of your previous booking. (3) A new deposit will be required after your first rescheduled appointment.
-CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS- If you wish to cancel, you MUST do so at least 4 days before the scheduled appointment, If the appointment is canceled less than 4 days you will forfeit your deposit and be charged 50% of the service price. However, if cancellation is more than 4 days, you’re deposit will be REFUNDED IN FULL.
****If your appointment is cancelled by me, you will be refunded any money paid to include your deposit. If your appointment is rescheduled by me your deposit will be applied to your new appointment or refunded if no future appointment is desired.****
-NO-SHOW- If you no-show your appointment you will be charged the FULL price of your scheduled service, and will be prohibited from scheduling any future appointments.
-LATE POLICY- There will be a 5-minute grace period for being late, after 5 mins a $5 late fee will be applied to your balance. After 10 mins a $15 fee will be applied, at 15 mins your appointment will be canceled, but you will have the option to reschedule, and all rescheduling policies will apply. If you are consistently late (2+ times), you will be prohibited from booking further appointments
-SICKNESS OR EMERGENCY- If you, or any person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. The same goes for any unseen circumstances or emergencies, there is no penalty or timeframe required in this case, for your safety and that of other clients.
-VIP APPOINTMENTS-VIP appointments are scheduled on off days (Sunday and Monday), these appointments will have an added $50 service fee for PMU and $15 service fee for Henna Brows. Appointment slots will be limited to 1 PMU slot and 2 Henna Brows slot.
